Masterclass

Join Stock Horse Ireland for an afternoon celebrating great horsemanship, versatile horses, and the exciting world of stock horse sports.
Whether you ride English, Western, compete regularly, or simply enjoy learning more about horses, this event is designed to introduce you to disciplines that can benefit horses and riders of every breed and background.
At the heart of the day is our Masterclass with internationally respected APHA and AQHA judge Nancie Wright, featuring live demonstrations and expert commentary on four exciting disciplines:
* Western Horsemanship
* Hunt Seat Equitation
* Ranch Riding
* English Versatility
Learn what judges are looking for, discover the skills behind each class, and see how the principles of stock horse training develop responsive, willing and versatile horses.
But the Masterclass is just the beginning.
Throughout the day, you’ll also enjoy special performances, demonstrations, and a few surprises that showcase the many opportunities within stock horse sports. Whether you’re watching talented horse and rider combinations or exploring something completely new, there’s always something happening in the arena.
We’ve also made this a day for the whole family, with activities for children and adults alike, giving everyone the chance to get involved and experience the welcoming community that makes Stock Horse Ireland so special.

Come and discover why more riders are using stock horse sports as a fun and rewarding way to elevate their horsemanship.
We recognize these sports are newer to this area and many folks don’t have a western trained horse so this masterclass will be entirely spectator focused. Nancie will be mic’d and your experience will be prioritized.
Stock Horse Ireland understands that todays youth are the future of these sports. We look forward to offering FUN filled activites to keep the kids involved and offer education on Stock Breed sport and horses.
The bulk of this clinic will be dedicated to 2-3 Riders working a designated pattern for Ranch Riding, Western Horsemanship, Western Versatility, and Hunt Seat Equitation. With Nancie focusing in on what each rider can do to see the biggest improvement in their scores. You will see various levels of exhibitor and various breeds of horse. From Quarters and Paints to Cobs and warmbloods.
